Morrison & Foerster represented Mosel Vitelic Inc. in its $42 million sale of shares in ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (BERMUDA) Ltd., a Nasdaq-listed provider of semiconductor testing and assembly services. Morrison & Foerster’s China Team has separately assisted Mosel Vitelic, which is listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (Taiwan: MVI) and the parent of Taiwan's second-largest memory chip manufacturer, in the disposal of major stakes in three other U.S. public companies. The offering was underwritten by Deutsche Bank Securities.
