MoFo China represented an investor group, which included SB Asia Investment Fund II L.P. and the WI Harper Group, in its US$7.5 million investment in Beijing-based China Broad Media Corporation.  China Broad Media is a multimedia broadcasting company offering original entertainment content to Chinese Internet users and wireless subscribers over the Internet, wireless data networks, landline IVR systems and physical radio frequency.  China Broad Media has entered into a 20-year exclusive joint venture with China National Radio, the only nationwide radio station operator in China, with over 65 years of experience and resources.
