Peter Edlind is an associate in the Brussels office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. His practice includes handling multi-national companies’ EU merger filings and evaluating anti-competitive practices as well as advising on EU data protection and privacy law issues. Mr. Edlind has experience in EU Treaty Article 81 and 82 cases, anti-dumping and anti-circumvention matters.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Edlind worked for another Brussels-based law firm, Kemmler Rapp Böhlke, for the Swedish Consumer Agency/Ombudsman and at the European Commission's Legal Service.

Mr. Edlind earned his LL.M from the University of Lund in 2000. He received a Masters of Arts in European Studies (majoring in law) from the College of Europe in 2001 and studied as an Erasmus student at the Catholic University of Leuven during 1998-99. Mr Edlind became a full member of the Swedish Bar in 2008. He speaks English and Swedish, and has a good working knowledge of French.
