Kristian Shearsby is an associate in the Corporate Group of Morrison & Foerster, London. Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Shearsby has gained a range of experience through his involvement in a variety of projects in the firm’s Corporate Department and Technology Transaction Group. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Shearsby worked as a Finance paralegal in the London office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

After obtaining a MA (Hons) in History in 2001 from the University of Edinburgh, Mr. Shearsby completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, London in 2002 and 2003 respectively.
