Mark O’Donnell is an associate in the Corporate Group of the London office of Morrison & Foerster.

Mr. O’Donnell advises on a range of matters including private financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. His recent transactions include advising the shareholders of KuDOS, a privately-owned UK biotechnology company, in relation to the $210 million acquisition of KuDOS by Astrazeneca and advising Oxford Biomedica, a gene therapy company, on a proposed placing and open offer and related investment by Sigma-Aldrich to raise £30.1 million.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster in June 2005, Mr. O’Donnell worked as a solicitor in Auckland, New Zealand.

Mr. O’Donnell holds a BSc and an LLB from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, and was admitted as a solicitor in 2003.
