Stephanie S. Wingader is an associate in the Corporate Group in Morrison & Foerster’s London office. Her practice focuses on general corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities law.

Ms. Wingader received her B.A., cum laude , from the Franklin and Marshall College in 2000, where she majored in History. In 2004, she received her joint J.D./M.B.A from Case Western Reserve School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude . She was a member of the Case Western Reserve Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster in October 2006, Ms. Wingader worked in the Los Angeles office of Jones Day.

Ms. Wingader is admitted to practice in the State of California.
