Charlie Reid is an associate in the London office of Morrison & Foerster and is a member of the firm’s Financial Transactions Group.

He advises on a broad range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions including bank syndications, debt trading, project finance, sovereign debt, acquisition finance, asset-based lending and cross-border private placements of securities. He has also advised in relation to a variety of film finance transactions including revolving loan facilities and ‘gap’ finance loan arrangements.

Mr. Reid joined Morrison & Foerster in 2006. Previously he worked in the London office of SJ Berwin LLP. He graduated from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne with a B.A Joint Honours in 1999 and from BPP Law School, London, in 2001. He qualified as a solicitor in 2003.
