António Seabra Ferreira is an associate in the Brussels office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, practicing competition law.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Ferreira worked at the Portuguese law firm Sousa Machado, Ferreira da Costa & Associados and in the Competition Directorate of the European Commission as well as acting as a pro bono legal advisor for the Portuguese Victims Support Association.

Mr. Ferreira graduated from the law school of the Catholic University of Lisbon (Portugal) in 2003, where he also obtained a Post-graduate degree in Commercial Law in 2004. He earned his LL.M in European Legal Studies from the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium) in 2007, specializing in EC Competition Law.

Mr. Ferreira speaks Portuguese, English, French and Italian. He is a member of the Portuguese Bar.
