Alessandro Morini is an associate in the Brussels office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on competition law. Mr. Morini handles multi-jurisdictional merger filings and also works on cartel cases. In addition to his competition practice, Mr. Morini regularly advises on EU data protection and privacy law issues.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Morini worked as an intern at the European Commission, DG Competition in Brussels, and as a trainee at Studio Legale Serra in Milan, Italy.

Mr. Morini earned his LLM from the College of Europe in 2007, and received a Masters of Arts in International Affairs from the Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI) in 2005. Mr. Morini speaks English, Italian, French and Spanish, and has a good understanding of German.
