Dominic Ward is an associate in the London office of Morrison & Foerster and is a member of the Global Sourcing Group.

Mr. Ward has experience in advising both private and public sector clients in a wide range of technology projects, including sourcing transactions, procurement, and IT/IP matters.

Mr. Ward recently advised a major global BPO provider in relation to the establishment of a strategic alliance agreement with a market leading CRM/BPO provider operating out of India and the subsequent successful set-up of a shared services center in India for the provision of outsourced HR services.

Mr. Ward’s other recent transactions include advising a private sector IT client in relation to its role as a bidder for a number of high-profile projects; a US investment bank in relation to a suite of fund administration agreements; and a large international client in relation to one of the largest private sector renegotiations.

Mr. Ward qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2005. He completed his law degree (LL.B. Honours) at University of Hull in 2001 and Nottingham Law School’s Legal Practice Course (Commendation) in 2003.
