Mr. Wiggert engages in a general corporate finance practice, with special emphasis on securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions. His securities experience includes representations of start-ups and venture capitalists in growth-stage financings, issuers and underwriters in public equity offerings and issuers of debt in public and private placements. He also has structured finance expertise. He has represented purchasers and sellers of companies in a variety of industries, including life sciences and software. He also provides general corporate counseling to a number of companies.

Mr. Wiggert joined Morrison & Foerster's Business Department in 1995, and is currently based in the London office.
