Rony Gerrits is the Managing Partner of the firm's Brussels office and Co-Chair of the Global Antitrust and Competition Law Practice Group.

Mr. Gerrits' practice focuses on cartel cases, abuse of dominance cases and merger filings.

Mr. Gerrits is representing multinational clients in several high profile cartel investigations in the following industries: freight forwarding, automotive parts, cathode ray tubes, optical disk drives, and chips for smart cards.

Mr. Gerrits also has extensive experience in dealing with antitrust/IP-related issues. For example, he represented Panasonic Mobile Communications in the EU investigation of Qualcomm's licensing terms in the mobile industry.

Mr. Gerrits has also worked on a number of EU merger control cases and merger control filings in several EU Member States including, among others, Belgium, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
