Ann Bevitt's practice area covers all aspects of employment law and employment-related matters. Ms. Bevitt works with a wide range of clients, both corporate and individual senior executives, from a broad spectrum of industry sectors. She covers group and individual contractual arrangements on hire or transfer, strategic redundancies, reorganisations and transitions as a result of corporate and group change, and all aspects of group and individual severance. She also advises clients on employment-related matters such as data protection and privacy, consultancy and atypical working arrangements.

Ms. Bevitt also has rights of audience in all civil courts and significant experience as an advocate. She represents clients in all types of employment-related disputes and litigation, including wrongful and unfair dismissals, discrimination claims and group and individual covenant enforcement and business protection actions.

Ms. Bevitt was called to the Bar in 1992. She practised as a barrister before qualifying as a solicitor in 2000. She joined Jones & Warner in 1999, was made a partner in 2000 and, with the rest of the Jones & Warner team, joined Morrison & Foerster in 2002.
