Morrison & Foerster invites you to a seminar entitled "Biotech Licensing and IP Transactions", presented by Dr Tom Broadhurst
of our London office.
At an informal roundtable meeting over breakfast that will invite participation and exchanges of knowledge, Tom will discuss
the initial evaluation of intellectual property, strategies for negotiation, key provisions in biotech licensing agreements
and potential in-licensing pitfalls.
Tom has many years experience working with biotechnology clients and their Intellectual Property assets. Tom has guided clients
through a range of biotech and other licensing transactions. He practises across the range of intellectual property matters,
representing clients in the bioscience, pharmaceutical, chemical and software sectors. Tom is a solicitor and attorney being
admitted to the Supreme Court of England and Wales and to the State Bar of California. He received his B.Sc from University
College, London in 1981 and his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge in 1986.
