Happy Families: The New Family Friendly Workplace

Under the Employment Act 2002, employers must put family friendly policies in place by April 06, 2003. You will need new rules for maternity, adoptive leave, paternity leave and flexible working requests. Preparation needs to begin now if you are to be ready in time. We summarise what you need to do.
