The London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market (the AIM) is an attractive option for US growth companies seeking to raise capital. The AIM is an increasingly attractive alternative to Nasdaq. In 2005 alone there were 419 IPO's on AIM raising more than $7billion.
