In its July-September 2006 issue, PLC Cross-border Quarterly published a list of the Top 20 IP law firms from around the globe. Morrison & Foerster LLP ranked seventh on the list, with nine attorneys, across three continents, receiving recommendations.

Julian Thurston, London life sciences partner, made the list; along with colleagues Alan Cope Johnston and Ken Siegel in Japan; and Charles Barquist, Gladys Monroy, Tom Ciotti, Gerald Dodson, Michael Jacobs and Harold McElhinny in the United States.

Rankings were based on interviews conducted by PLC researchers with in-house counsel and leading private practitioners over the past year.
