Cross-Border Mergers & Acquisitions for Israeli Companies

Morrison & Foerster is pleased to announce a half-day seminar in Gan Oranim on Tuesday, October 17, 2006, for CEOs, CFOs, General Counsel and heads of Business Development of Israeli companies interested in cross-border M&A transactions. The program will focus on securities law, tax aspects, intellectual property and accounting issues, negotiating strategy and successful techniques for Israeli companies interested in acquiring or being acquired by U.S. companies. The program will feature panels of Israeli lawyers, investment bankers, accountants, and lawyers of Morrison & Foerster, counsel to Mercury Interactive in its $4.5 billion acquisition by Hewlett-Packard.
