Mr. Itoh is a partner of Ito & Mitomi. His practice primarily focuses on real estate transactions and real estate finance. He represents asset managers, lenders and international investment funds in a broad range of matters, including fund formation, lending transaction, and development projects. Mr. Itoh received his B.A. degree in Law from Waseda University in 1987, graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute of Japan in 1990, and received his LL.M. from Cornell Law School in 1995. Mr. Itoh is a Bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan and a qualified lawyer in New York.
