Shinji Itoh has focused his practice on real estate transactions and real estate finance. He represents asset managers, lenders and international investment funds in a broad range of matters involving real estate.

Mr. Itoh is a partner of Ito & Mitomi. He is a Bengoshi, admitted to practice in Japan and a qualified lawyer in New York.

He received his B.A. degree in Law from Waseda University in 1987, graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute of Japan in 1990 and received his LL.M. from Cornell Law School in 1995.
