Yukako Wagatsuma is a partner of Ito & Mitomi, registered associated offices of Morrison & Foerster LLP. Ms. Wagatsuma represents both Japanese and non-Japanese corporations on a wide range of cross border and domestic legal matters with an emphasis on M&A, restructurings and intellectual property advice.

In her career, Ms. Wagatsuma has been involved in various cross border transactions, including joint venture projects and M&As by both Japanese and foreign companies. She has also been active in various types of domestic and international corporate matters and intellectual property.

Prior to joining Ito & Mitomi in 2004, Ms. Wagatsuma was a partner of Mitsui, Yasuda, Wani & Maeda.
