Junichi Kurokoshi is an associate in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. Mr. Kurokoshi’s practice focuses on the representation of Japanese and non-Japanese investment banks, commercial banks, private investment funds and real-estate companies in the negotiation, structuring and documentation of real estate and structured finance transactions, including the acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and asset management arrangements for commercial and residential properties.

Mr. Kurokoshi received his LL.B. from Chuo University in 2001 and graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in 2002. Prior to joining Ito & Mitomi, Mr. Kurokoshi was a 2nd year associate with Ushijima & Partners. Mr. Kurokoshi is a Bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan.
