Keisuke Mochizuki is a partner of Ito & Mitomi/Morrison & Foerster LLP, Tokyo and is a member of its Business Department. Mr. Mochizuki's practice primarily focuses on real estate transactions and real estate finance. He has represented numerous Japanese and international clients in a broad range of matters, including fund formations, innovative real estate finance transactions and major property acquisitions and development projects.

Mr. Mochizuki received his LLB from Waseda University in 1984 and an LLM from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 1996. He was admitted in Japan in 1991 (43-ki) and in California in 1997. Mr. Mochizuki is a member of the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association, and the California and Los Angeles County Bar Associations. Mr. Mochizuki joined Komatsu & Koma (currently, Asahi Koma Law Offices), the Los Angeles office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, and Taiyo Law Office (registered association with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, Tokyo).
