Ms. Matsumura is an associate at Ito & Mitomi.

Ms. Matsumura handles general corporate legal matters, such as M&A, Labor and Employment, and matters related to financial regulation law, as well as domestic and international commercial transactions.

Ms. Matsumura graduated from the Osaka University Faculty of Law in 2000, completed her legal training at the Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in 2001 (54th term), registered as an attorney in 2001, and is now a member of the Dai-ni Tokyo Bar Association. Ms. Matsumura joined Ito & Mitomi in April 2005 after practicing at Ushijima & Partners.
