Mr. Niwa is an associate of Ito & Mitomi. Mr. Niwa represents a variety of corporations, both from Japan and overseas, in general corporate and commercial transactions, particularly in the fields of M&A, labor, and litigation. His practice focuses on asset-backed securitizations, primarily in the area of real estate, and capital markets equity offerings.

Mr. Niwa graduated from the School of Law of Hokkaido University in 2002, and completed his training at the Legal Training and Research Institute of Japan in October 2005. He is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
