Eileen Hu is an associate in the Business Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Tokyo Office. She has represented Japanese and foreign clients in a range of finance transactions, including real estate transactions, secured and unsecured lending and fund formation.

Ms. Hu received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2005 and her B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley in 2001. She studied at Waseda University for a year following graduation from Berkeley. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Hu was in the Specialty Finance Team of Shinsei Bank.

Ms. Hu is fluent in Japanese and speaks conversational Mandarin. She is admitted to practice law in New York.
