Mr. Hollander is an associate in the Corporate Group of the Business Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Tokyo Office. Mr. Hollander’s practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures & strategic alliances.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Hollander worked as an SAP Sales & Distribution implementation consultant for Deloitte Consulting from 1999-2002, and then as a policy consultant and environmental law researcher for Tokio Marine & Nichido Risk Consulting from 2002 to 2006.

Mr. Hollander received his BA in Political Studies and Spanish from the University of Auckland in 1996 and received his LLB from the University of Auckland in 1998.

Mr. Hollander is admitted to practice in New Zealand. He is fluent in Japanese.
