Yuko Ino is an associate of Ito & Mitomi. Ms. Ino’s practice focuses on finance-related transactions with an emphasis on real estate and structured finance matters. Ms. Ino also has significant experience in cross border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture projects.

Ms. Ino received her B.A. from Sophia University in 1991 and her M.A. from Waseda University in 1995. Ms. Ino graduated from the Legal Training & Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in 1999 and received her LL.M. from Northwestern University School of Law in 2005. Ms. Ino is a bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan, and a qualified lawyer in New York.
