Mr. Kawanaka is an associate of Ito & Mitomi. Mr. Kawanaka represents a variety of corporations, both from Japan and overseas in general corporate and commercial transactions, particularly in the fields of M&A, labor, and litigation.

Mr. Kawanaka graduated from the Kyoto University School of Law in 2004, and completed his training at the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court in October 2006. Mr. Kawanaka is a member of Tokyo Dai-ni Bar Association. Mr. Kawanaka is a bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan.
