Ms. Yan Cong is a foreign attorney of Ito & Mitomi. Ms. Cong’s practice focuses on China-related direct investment, M&A, intellectual property and real estate matters.

Ms. Cong received her LL.B from University of Ehime Faculty of Law and Letters in 2003, and her LL.M from the University of Tokyo Graduate School for Law and Politics in 2005.

Ms. Cong is admitted to practice in the People’s Republic of China. Ms. Cong is fluent in Mandarin and Japanese.
