Mr. Daokui Weng is a Foreign Attorney of Ito & Mitomi. Mr. Weng’s practice focuses on China-related direct investment, M&A, intellectual property, antidumping, and antitrust & competition law matters.

Mr. Weng received his LL.B form East China University of Political Science and Law in 2001, and his Master of Public Policy from the University of Tokyo Graduate School of Public Policy in 2007. Prior to joining Ito & Mitomi, Mr. Weng was a foreign attorney at Asahi Law offices from 2006 to 2007.

Mr. Weng is admitted to practice in the People’s Republic of China. Mr. Weng is fluent in Mandaran, Hokkian,Taiwanese and Japanese.
