Mr. Mang Deng is a foreign attorney of Ito & Mitomi. Mr. Deng’s practice focuses on China-related matters, particularly in the areas of intellectual property, foreign direct investment, M&A, joint ventures, labor, and antitrust and unfair competition. Mr. Deng is experienced in advising Japanese and foreign clients on the practical aspects and risks of conducting business in China.
Mr. Deng earned his LL.B. from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 1997 and his LL.M. from Waseda University Graduate School of Law in 2006. Prior to joining Ito & Mitomi, Mr. Deng was a foreign attorney at Asahi Law Offices. Mr. Deng is licensed to practice law in the People’s Republic of China. Mr. Deng is fluent in Mandarin.
