Ms. Alisha is a foreign attorney of Ito & Mitomi. Her practice focuses on China-related matters, particularly in the areas of foreign direct investment, M&A, joint ventures, intellectual property and international trade. Ms. Alisha is experienced in advising Japanese clients on their strategies for entry into or exit from the China market and for the protection of intellectual property rights, including licensing and technology transfers, in China.

Ms. Alisha received her LL.B. in 1989 and her LL.M. in 1993 from Beijing University. Following her studies in China, Ms. Alisha was a lecturer for two years in the law faculty of Inner Mongolia University. Ms. Alisha continued her studies in Japan, where she earned her LL.M in 1999 from Waseda University and completed her doctoral program at Waseda University in 2003.

Prior to joining Ito & Mitomi, Ms. Alisha was a foreign attorney at Asahi Law Offices. Ms. Alisha is admitted to practice in the People’s Republic of China.
