Mr. Iwasaki is an associate of Ito & Mitomi. Mr. Iwasaki represents a wide variety of domesitic and foreign corporations in general corporate, commercial and cross-border matters, particularly in the areas of M&A and real estate.

Mr. Iwasaki graduated from Cornell University in 2000 with a B.S. majoring in Policy Analysis and Management. He also received an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law in 2004, and completed his training at the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in September of 2007 (60-ki). Mr. Iwasaki is a bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan and is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
