Mr. Nagai is an associate of Ito & Mitomi. He represents a wide variety of domestic and foreign corporations in general corporate, commercial and cross-border matters, particularly in the areas of M&A and real estate.

Mr. Nagai graduated with a B.A. majoring in Law and Politics from Kyoto University Faculty of Law in 1999. He worked for the International Finance Departments of Nichimen Corp. (now Sojitz Corp.), from 1999 to 2001. He received a J.D. from Doshisha University Law School in 2006 and completed his training at the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in December 2007 (60th trainee). Mr. Nagai is a bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan and is a member of the Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association.
