Leo Aguilar is an associate in the Business Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Tokyo Office. He received his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from Columbia University School of Law in 2005 and 2003, respectively, and his LL.B. from the Tecnologico de Monterrey in 2000. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Aguilar was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.

Mr. Aguilar is fluent in Spanish. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Mexico.
