Frederick Z. Lodge has had broad experience in sophisticated international and domestic commercial real estate transactions. He has represented domestic and foreign clients in all major aspects of real estate practice: acquisition, disposition, development, fund formation, construction financing, senior and mezzanine financings, leasing, operation and workouts.

Mr. Lodge is a member of the American Bar Association and The Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Mr. Lodge joined Morrison & Foerster in 1988 and became a partner of the firm in 1993. From 2001 to 2003, he was the firm’s Managing Partner for Operations. He has also served as the Managing Partner of the New York office from 1999 to 2001. In 2003, Mr. Lodge moved to the firm’s Tokyo office.
