Mr. Isshiki is a partner in the Litigation Department of the Tokyo office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. He focuses on intellectual property litigation, licensing and counseling, particularly in the area of patent law. He also advises clients on product liability and consumer fraud issues. He is a frequent speaker at seminars on intellectual property issues.

Prior to joining the Tokyo office, Mr. Isshiki practiced with the litigation department at Morrison & Foerster’s Washington, D.C. and Palo Alto offices. Mr. Isshiki received his B.A. in Government from Cornell University in 1995 and his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School in 1998. Mr. Isshiki is admitted to practice in the State of California and the District of Columbia. He is a Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi in Japan and a member of Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
