Stan Yukevich has a varied practice in business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, equity investments and securities offerings in which he assists in the firm’s representation of high-technology companies.

Mr. Yukevich is a member of the State Bar of California. He received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Harvard University in 1986 and his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1993, where he was Chief Articles Editor of the UCLA Pacific Basin Law Journal.

Mr. Yukevich is a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance group.
