Lynn Y. Hashimoto is an associate in the Tokyo office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. Ms. Hashimoto received her B.A. degree in English, magna cum laude, in 1992 from Barnard College and her J.D. degree, cum laude, in 1996 from New York University School of Law. She served as law clerk to the Honorable Napoleon A. Jones, Jr., United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of California, from 1996-1997.

Ms. Hashimoto engages in a general corporate practice, with a recent emphasis on representation of technology and emerging growth companies in a wide range of transactional and general corporate matters, including venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions.

In addition, Ms. Hashimoto has represented both lending institutions and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Ms. Hashimoto is licensed to practice law in New York and California.
