Ms. Nakamura, a partner of Ito & Mitomi, represents both Japanese and nonJapanese clients on a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions, in particular, in the area of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, securities offerings, and securitization projects. Ms. Nakamura received her LL.B. from the Kyoto University in 1986, graduated from the Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in 1988 and received her LL.M. from Michigan Law School in 1992. Prior to joining Ito & Mitomi, Ms. Nakamura was a partner at Tomotsune & Kimura. Ms. Nakamura is a Bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan and a qualified lawyer in New York.
