Hisateru Goda is an associate in the New York office of Morrison & Forester LLP. Mr. Goda represents clients in a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings. His experience also includes real estate transactions.

Mr. Goda received his LL. B. from the Tokyo University Faculty of Law in 2001, and graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute of Japan in October 2002. He received his LL. M. from Columbia Law School in 2008. Mr. Goda is a Bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan.
