Mr. Uchida is an associate of Ito & Mitomi in the Business Department. Mr. Uchida represents Japanese and non-Japanese clients in various corporate transactions, including capital markets offerings of stock, bonds and REIT shares; mergers and acquisitions; and fund formations. He also provides advice to financial institutions and investment companies on Japanese regulatory matters.

Mr. Uchida received his LL.B. from The University of Tokyo in 1999, and graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute of Japan in 2000. He received his LL.M. from Stanford Law School in 2006.

Mr. Uchida is a Bengoshi, admitted to practice in Japan and a qualified lawyer in New York.
