Maurice L. Rabb is a business associate in the Tokyo office of Morrison & Foerster.

Mr. Rabb receiv ed his B.S. degree in Mandarin Chinese and an Asian Studies Certificate from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. After graduating from Georgetown University, he joined Teach For America, where he taught kindergarten for two years in South Los Angeles.

Mr. Rabb received his J.D. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 2006. He was the 2005-2006 Editor-in-Chief of the Berkeley Journal of African-American Law & Policy.
