Description:
In the first session of the program, entitled “Recent Developments in U.S. Patent Law,” Judge Radar and Mr. Olson will discuss
the effectiveness of patent rights in the global economy. In the second session, entitled “Intersection of Patent Law and
Antitrust Law,” Professor Adelman and Mr. Smith will discuss how principles developed in the fields of patent and antitrust
law can sometimes work at cross-purposes. Each session will be followed by a panel discussion.
