In their fourth annual Mergers and Acquisitions Handbook, Global Counsel named Morrison & Foerster's San Francisco group as one of the two leading M&A practices in the city. In addition, the firm's Beijing office was named one of the leading practices in China and the Palo Alto and Los Angeles M&A practices were recognized for their regions as well.
