James McCormick represents companies in corporate and technology transactions. Mr. McCormick works primarily with early-stage companies, representing clients in entity formation, venture capital transactions, and general corporate and securities matters. He has also represented companies at all stages of development, from emerging companies to well-established public companies, in merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. McCormick also counsels clients on a variety of commercial transactions, including software licensing and development, resale and distribution, technology transfer, and consulting and services transactions.
While at Harvard, Mr. McCormick was an editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology.
