Jeannette Filippone is a corporate associate in the firm’s San Diego office. She represents public and private companies in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, securities law compliance, SEC reporting, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
Ms. Filippone graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2003. During law school she was a member of the San Diego Law Review and editor of the Journal of Contemporary Legal Issues. Ms. Filippone received a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts at Boston and an M.A. from the University of California, San Diego. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Filippone worked in the securities industry and held FINRA general securities representative (Series 7) and registered securities principal (Series 24) licenses.
