Joel Haims is co-chair of the Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White-Collar Defense Group. He specializes in securities and complex commercial litigation, primarily representing public companies and their officers and directors in securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, SEC investigations and internal investigations. Mr. Haims has extensive experience with arbitration and mediation. He also has experience drafting SEC filings, running corporate and securities transactions, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Mr. Haims's clients are from a broad range of industries, including financial services, life sciences, technology, and consumer products, and many are foreign-based, including in China and Israel.
