Joshua Gordon has a diverse civil practice, with a specialty in employment law. Mr. Gordon provides employment counseling to small start up companies, and large Fortune 500 companies on a variety of issues, including wage and hour law, wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, and disability, medical, and family leaves of absence. He also represents employers involving individual and class claims of wage and hour violations, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and sexual harassment. In addition, Mr. Gordon has represented public entities on various non-employment matters regarding statutory and constitutional claims, and has represented individuals in immigration matters. He has litigated successfully at the administrative, trial court, and appellate levels, and is a member of the State Bar of California.
